I have two Canadian kids who don't have any Chinese background, and since my neighbour’s kids speak Chinese, they wanted to learn Chinese too! I was introduced to Yangyang Chinese by a friend, and I found that its online course is very useful! The kids could watch the animations and practice with them, and I requested a teacher to teach them the online course. Only after one year, with these two combinations, the kids can speak a lot of sentences in Chinese! We want to continue learning because the course system is so well designed. I'm going to keep on doing this so that both my kids can master the Chinese language!

I'm a college student who’s interested in learning mandarin and want to see China! I found this website by chance on Google. I can tell this site focuses on mandarin learning, and has a rich supply of courses. Its videos and texts are explained both in English and mandarin, which is very easy and clear to understand. I was afraid of browsing Chinese websites, but this one made me feel very relaxed. I'm going to do some research but I think it's a good choice for me to learn mandarin.

Friends say that learning Chinese is difficult, but I think it’s all about finding a good learning system. Keep learning, keep practicing! Right?! That’s why I decided to start learning with Yangyang Chinese. They’ve got good teaching materials and with my persistent learning I bet it’ll work well together. I saw that they have online classes too! I'm going to study on my own for a while to get some foundation, and after that I'm going to start studying in online classes! Hope there would be others like me, so I could get a discount! Finger crossed!

I signed my kids up for the mandarin courses, and I ordered its free books, too. I was pleasantly surprised to receive all the books and the shipping fee is reasonable. A textbook, 2 exercise books, and a writing book! Writing mandarin characters is like drawing pictures, but you can follow along online, as well as in the exercise books. I want my kids to take it easily and slowly. Chinese characters are really beautiful, like paintings.

我们家是第一代移民，孩子们会说会听，但是不会认字也不会写。我也给他们上过当地免费的中文学校，可是教学方法实在是国内老一套，孩子们根本不喜欢。为了不让他们讨厌中文，我就没再继续送了。但听朋友介绍这个网站的阳阳中文，说这套教材非常活泼，又有针对性的动画练习，小朋友们会非常喜欢。抱着试一试的心态我注册了一套课，没想到我家两个孩子迷上了学中文！现在学中文对他们来说是一件有趣的事了，因为会听说，识字很快跟上了。正好暑假里有时间，孩子们每天都乐意学一点中文了。

No one in our family speaks Chinese, but they somehow wanted me to learn it. I think it's fun and cool to learn Chinese! I've been studying with Yangyang Chinese for a while, and it's easy to learn and follow. I’ve learned a lot of Chinese words and phrases, and sometimes I pop up a few Chinese words on purpose and my friends are shocked! So funny.
